Our expert, factory-authorized technicians are Certified by:

A NATE certification signifies that a technician is highly qualified and meets high standards in knowledge and training that are established by the industry. This means they are going to install and service systems right the first time resulting in better customer service and fewer callbacks.

Fully licensed and insured which means customers have recourse when problems come up with the installation work.

  • (NATE) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

What makes us different from most air conditioning contractors?

Customer service is highly valued in Day Aire’s culture. We all have heard stories about contractors who are attentive and easy to reach when they are selling you the job but then disappear once the work is completed and the payment has been made.

At Day Aire we check back with customers after we install their system to make sure that they are happy with the work that was done and that the equipment is performing to their satisfaction.

By law, homeowners need to obtain a permit from City Hall when having air conditioning and heater systems installed. Although it seems common sense for contractors to obtain work permits for jobs they do, many air conditioning contractors do not bother to do so.

We always obtain permits for our customers so they are not inconvenienced. This simple task saves the homeowner from running into problems when the home is listed for sale.

Customer Service is our priority.

  • All of our work is done in a neat and professional manner.

  • Our courteous, skilled and trusted technicians arrive at the home of customers on time and fully equipped, thus minimizing delays in the installation of the system.

  • We show respect and concern for the customer’s home by laying down drop cloths to prevent damage to the furniture and flooring in the work area.

  • When the installation is completed, we sweep and vacuum the space to pick up debris.

Why Choose Day Aire for your Home Air Conditioning System?

These days, ventilation has expanded into a technology of its own and a heating and air conditioning system has become one of the most complex systems that can be found in a home. This means that it is not sufficient to hire just any HVAC contractor; it is now essential to work with an HVAC service provider that is well trained in dealing with the inherent safety issues associated with heating systems, electricity, natural gas, oil or cooling units that use toxic refrigerants such as Freon.

This knowledge and experience are critical since a contractor will need to fully understand how electrical wirings, refrigerants, combustion systems and airflow through heating ducts all work together to add heating or cooling comfort to a home.

Comfort is important, but safety is critical. Knowing the proper operation of home ventilation and exhaust systems when working with a furnace is essential in preventing death or injury from incidents such as carbon monoxide poisoning that can be the result of an improperly installed or malfunctioning HVAC system.

Day Aire air conditioning is a reliable and professional contractor and we work with courteous, knowledgeable and properly trained installers that demonstrate respect for the customer. We strive to be the best in dealing with your questions and concerns before, during and after the transaction. Our prices are competitive but never cheap. What you can be sure of is that there are no hidden costs. We believe that good work and service deserves to be compensated accordingly – that is what makes the exemplary work done by our crew possible.
